About Our Spices

Are Maa श्री spices 100% natural? +

Yes! All our spices are entirely natural, free from artificial colors, preservatives, and MSG. We source them directly from fields where they grow naturally under traditional farming practices.

Where do your spices come from? +

Our spices are sourced from indigenous farms across India, in regions renowned for cultivating the most authentic and high-quality varieties.

What is the shelf life of your spice powders? +

Generally, our ground spices have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months from the date of packing when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your products gluten-free? +

Yes, all our single-ingredient spice powders (like coriander, turmeric, chili) are naturally gluten-free.

Do you sell whole spices? +

Currently, our flagship product range focuses on ultra-premium, stone-ground fine powders. However, we are planning to introduce whole spice selections in the near future.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? +

For metro cities, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. For other regions across India, expect your package within 4-7 business days depending on accessibility.

Is Free Shipping available? +

Yes! We provide complimentary free shipping on all orders above our cart threshold (typically ₹800). Orders below that will be charged a standard delivery fee.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. A nominal convenience fee may be added to COD orders depending on your region.

How do I track my order? +

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an SMS and email containing the courier tracking id and a link to monitor your package.

Can I change my address after placing an order? +

Address details can be updated if the order hasn't been processed for shipping yet. Please email our support team immediately at info@mbj-international.com if you need any changes made.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

Because spices are perishable food items, we normally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do? +

Please take a photo of the damaged package and its contents immediately and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer support will arrange a prompt replacement.

How long do refunds take to process? +

Refunds for canceled or defective prepaid orders usually take 5-7 business days to reflect back in your original payment method via our gateway (Razorpay).

I didn't like the taste. Can I get a refund? +

Taste is subjective, and we cannot blindly offer refunds based on preference for opened packages. However, we take feedback very seriously! Please let us know, and we'll see how we can make it right.
