At MBJ International, since our items are consumables, we do not offer returns or replacements except in
cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
You may request a refund if
the product is physically damaged, defective or spoiled, the wrong item, or packaging is severely tampered
at time of delivery.
2. Mandatory Proof Required
You must
provide a clear, uncut unboxing video (starting before the package is opened), photos showing the
damage/defect, and order details (order ID, name, phone number). Without valid proof, we cannot process
refunds.
3. Report Within 48 Hours
All issues must
be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products can be returned within 2 days. Send refund requests to:

Refund Process & Timeline
Step 1 – Review of Proof: Our quality team will verify the video and photos.
Step 2 – Approval: If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.
Step 3 – Credit Timeline: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within
5–7 working days after approval. Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 4–5 days.
Important Notes
- No return of products is accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- No refund will be issued without valid unboxing video proof.
- Refunds are NOT provided for change of mind, customer damage after delivery, or incorrect storage by
customer.
- MBJ International reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after internal review.
